Born in the town of Bakhmut, Ukraine, Julia Gura first picked up a camera at a young age under the influence of her father, who was fond of photography, taught how to use a SLR film camera, develop film and create photographs in his own laboratory.
With the advent of social media and digital technologies, Juliya has been able to see the bigger picture of the international industry. After graduating from high school and creating a family, she moved to Kyiv, where she naturally felt the transition to fashion photography. A couple of years later, she began to study actively and take part in the filming of national and international fashion shows, create her own projects and learn a lot from personal experience.
